We understand team work as cooperation of all members of staff in the facility who provide their abilities and profit from each other for the best of the children we supervise.
We are an interdisciplinary team with a range of occupational and living experiences. Among others:
- nursery teachers
- remedial therapists
- child minders
- children's nurses
- curative teachers
- certified pedagogues
- pre-school teachers as language experts
- and freelancers... for special projects
Among our technical staff we have:
housekeepers, cleaners, caretaker
We like to have school pupils and apprentices from various schools and technical schools who complete their work experience and practicals in our facility.
