We are a child care facility that operates inclusively. Inclusion means for us that each individual child has to be picked up in its own situation in life and has to be taken seriously with its own conditions and its individual requirements and capabilities.
With this each child should feel fine in the group / nursery irrespective of nationality, religion or to which social class they may belong. This is an essential objective of our educational activity.
Each child is to be strengthened and supported in their personality. Together, with each other the children can learn and next to each other they can grow.
In our facility we have several members of staff with additional qualifications. These staff members support and accompany the group trained staff in the daily routine with the children and help with the observation and documentation of their development processes.
They offer extra support to the parents and cooperate with therapists, doctors, children's hospitals and other advisory institutions.
